2. How do I download and install Acrobat Reader?

To download and install Acrobat Reader, follow these steps:

Go to the downloads section on Adobe's website. You can go there now by clicking here.
Chose your desired language, the appropriate platform, and a download location that is near to you.
Enter your required contact information.
Press the download button to begin the download.
Save the file to a location you can remember. The download may take a while depending on the speed of your internet connection.
Once download is complete the installation process should begin automatically. Follow the instructions provided during the installation. If your installation does not begin automatically, double click the file downloaded to the location specified in the previous step.
Upon completion of the installation process, you may be prompted to restart your computer. If so, save any work in open applications and restart your computer.

3. How do I download and install Adobe Flash Player?

To download and install Adobe Flash Player, follow these steps:

Go to the downloads section on Adobe's website. You can go there now by clicking here.
When the page opens, click the "Install Now" button
In the next window, click on the text that says "Click here to install the following ActiveX control: 'Adobe Flash Player' from Adobe, Inc..."
A box will appear with 2 options, click on "Install ActiveX Control"
The next page will prompt you to either "Install" or "Don't Install" Adobe Flash Player. Click on "Install."
When you see the Adobe Flash Player logo and text, the installation was successful.

4. How do I download and install the SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) viewer for my browser?

To download and install Adobe SVG Viewer, follow these steps:

Go to the downloads section on Adobe's website. You can go there now by clicking here.
When the page opens, scroll down and choose your language and operating system.
A box will appear with 2 options, click on "Run".
The next page will ask you if you want to run this software. Click on "Run."

5. How do I download the complete PDF Property package for one property?

When viewing a property, click the PDF icon in the top right area.
A new window will ask you to choose which components of the package you wish to download.
Choose Select All and click "Build my PDF".
You will be prompted to "Open" or "Save" the file. Choose "save" and select a location to save the file.
Once downloaded, click open to view the PDF.

6. How do I download PDF Property packages for multiple properties?

In the main navigation choose Property Search.
In the left hand column choose "View All Properties". A listing of all properties is displayed.
Select the properties by clicking the checkbox next to the Property name
Click Download Property Packages button
You will be prompted to choose which components of the package you wish to download.
Choose Select All and click "Build my PDF"
You will be prompted. To "Open" or "Save" the file. Choose "Save" and select a location to save the file.
Once downloaded, click open to view the PDF.

7. How do I download v-cards for Property Contacts and add it to my Outlook?

When viewing a property contact, (either in the Region Pages under Canadian Portfolio, or on the Property pages) click "Download Contact".
You will be prompted to either "open" or "save" the file. Choose "Save".
Select the location of where you would like the file saved and click "save"
Open your Outlook to the contacts section.
Locate the file you just downloaded and right-click and drag it to Outlook. Let go of the mouse button and select "Copy here as Vcard".
The v-card will open and display the contact. Select "Save and close".
The contact should now appear in your Outlook contacts.
